After placing my order, when will I be contacted?

Within 24 hours a designer will send your order confirmation to the email address you provide us. We will then send your first logo concept(s) within 3 business days.

I already have a logo, but I'm looking to improve upon it.. Can you help me?

Absolutely! On our order form, there is an option to upload files. Simply upload your existing logo, let us know how you would like it revised, and we will work our magic for you.

Do you use pre-made logos?

One word. NEVER. All of our logo designs are 100% authentic and custom tailored to meet the specific needs of your business and your brand.

How will my logo be delivered to me?

Your logo will be delivered via email in up to 15 different formats and sizes to meet all of your business needs - including the original photoshop and/or illustrator images for easy revisions, all jpg, png, gif, tif, bmp images, hi-resolution (300dpi) images, vector format images, transparent background & white background images.

What if I'm not happy with my initial logo designs?

Simply let us know that you are not satisfied with your current logo designs, and we will design a completely new set of designs for free!

Can you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?

Yes! We will certainly sign non-disclosure agreements at your request. We completely understand the need for non-disclosure for your new business or project. Please let us know.

Can I use my logo on t-shirts, signs, etc?

With the business logo package, we will provide additional print ready images in vector format, in additional to your standard logo package.

Do I have the "rights" to my new logo?

Yes, absolutlely. Once your final logo package has been delivered, you have full ownership.

HELP! I lost my logo that you designed months ago! What can I do?

Don't worry, ALL of our customer's design projects are backed up in case this does happen. Send an email to info@logoinspire.com and we'll get your designs over to you.
